British stamp duty

stamps

Looks like the Royal Mail has done something right, instead of just loosing our mail all the time. Those clever Royal Mail types have come up with the British Design Classics series - 10 tiptop stamps, commemorating some classic British designs. So now the Royal Mail will look cool, as they loose the parcel.

The design tributes series not only covers obvious innovations like the super cool Routemaster, and of course our favorite the mini skirt, but those less obvious icons such as the Anglepoise Lamp by that cheek chappy George Carwardine.

For those with an eye for the detail like our James, who immediately pointed out the 11th British design classic featured on the stamps… That of our local hero Arthur Eric Rowton Gill, who features on each of these stamps… He really is turning into such a type bore these days.

So people go and buy some designer stamps and make your letter looks better straight away, your letters and parcels might not get there with the Royal Mail, but will look great doing it.
