Funky Business
Funky Business by Jonas Ridderstrale and Kjell Nordstrom. This book is good because it has two bald Swedish men shouting at each other on the front cover and it has funk in the title. The two bald Swedish men in question are Jonas Ridderstrale and Kjell Nordstrom. They went to University so it means they probably know their shit or at least they can make you think they do. I wouldn’t know because I haven’t read it. But the blurb on the back tells me it’s the “gospel of new thinking”, whatever that means, and Greg T Smith from Cincinnati, Ohio, says it is “wonderfully idiosyncratic” and gives it 5 stars. There you have it folks, concrete critique from Greg T Smith who knows long words like idiosyncratic. He sounds like a bit of a douche bag, and this book sounds a bit too intelligent for me. But if you’re into that stuff then get it. It’s really, really good.
