Pyramids are Tombs

Pyramids are tombs by Joe Phelps. This book isn’t about Egyptians or mummies. It isn’t even about tombs. The title is a metaphor or maybe a simile, and the book is about how traditional organisational hierarchy is suffocating for advertising agencies and how they should change to a self directed team based culture if they ever want to get anywhere in business. It talks a lot about the importance of integration, motivation and success. All good stuff. It is recommended by quite a lot of important looking people (they are wearing ties in their photos and they aren’t estate agents.) Which means the book is either good or cheap, or both. Joe Phelps has a beard and looks like an all round nice guy. Read his book.
