The Book of Gossage

The book of Gossage by Howard GossageIt has a biblical ring to it. And rightly so, Gossage is regarded by many as “The Socrates of San Francisco.” San Francisco must be a little thin on the ground as far as philosophers go because this guy is no Socrates. He is clever though, and the book is very good, fully of witty observations on advertising. “I like outdoor advertising. I just think it has no right to be outdoors.” Ok, bad example. But there are better ones in there, read it, you’ll see.
