Intranets and extranets
An intranet is an online community that allows your employees to interact with each other and to do better and more easily. An extranet is pretty similar but not only allows your employees to interact with each other, but also your customers, suppliers and other any other stakeholders. The point of intranets and extranets are that they increase communication, and that’s a good thing, because communication leads to better ideas, and to things getting done quicker and more efficiently.

What is a content management system? Well, funny you should ask. A content management system is a web application you run on your web server to help with creating a website. It should also provide tools to make repetitive things less repetitive.
