Exhibition design and graphics

Exhibitions attract the big decision makers to an event that has real resonance with their businesses. Why would they take a day out of their busy schedules and travel miles to an exhibition venue? Because you have made it worth their time and effort.

Those clever researcher science types tell us that 83% of all visitors who attend an exhibition have the authority to influence the purchasing of their company and 72% of all visitors intend to make a purchase either at a show or in the near future.

Once you know which exhibition you would like to attend, book early (you will get a discount), getting the right stand location (pitch) is key. Being where the foot fall flows is key, as is a location near refreshments. It not just about having a stand that shows off your brand and products at their best, it is important to have collateral to give away (brochures, samples) for prospects to take away. People like things that look nice, the more inviting your stand is the more passing trade you will attract. People also like free stuff, the more goodies you have to give them the better.

Invite some of your customers to come and visit you, it’s always nice to have a catch up as well as show them some of your new products. Agents also like exhibitions, as they’re a good place to network new prospects and showcase product ranges. As well as show promotions helping to convert sales, they provide incentives to sales staff and are excellent opportunities to data capture as many people who come to your stand as possible. The show is the first big step, but to get the real results you need to contact all the buyers you met at the show.
